Delivery Guide
Standard UK Delivery Service (Next Day) free delivery for orders requires a minimum order value of £100 ex VAT.
A delivery charge of £5.00 will be charged for orders with a value of less than £100 ex VAT.
Delivery is usually made the next working day if you order before 2PM Monday - Friday.
Orders placed on Fridays before 2PM will usually be delivered Monday.
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will usually be delivered Tuesday.
Next day delivery excludes weekends.
Next day delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.
Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight.

Please ensure deliveries are checked for damage at time of delivery and notify us within 24hours of any issues with your order.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT
Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building.
It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises.
We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit.
Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility.
Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
Signing ‘unexamined’ will not be grounds for claims.
Carriers will not allow claims if damage is not specifically noted on their docket at the point of delivery acceptance.
If the carrier refuses to wait whilst you check the package, please sign as damaged.
Peter Cox (Catering Equipment) Ltd will not accept responsibility if the above procedure is not followed.

Standard UK delivery is 2-3 working days. Carriage charge is included in the price but excludes deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight.
