The Buffalo food warmer is an excellent solution for both self service and assisted service catering. Stylish and practical, the warmer uses effective infrared bulbs to keep food at the perfect serving temperature for extended periods, reducing food waste and ensuring food remains appetising for longer.

The adjustable lamp height ensures you can vary the intensity of the light on the food, helping to reduce the likelihood of it drying out. The stand of the warmer is designed to neatly fit a standard 1/1GN pan, meaning you can quickly swap out pans to keep food topped up. Great for buffets, carveries and event catering.
