Boasting 40,000 BTU infrared burners to provide instant, even heat, the ICMA-36 Cheesemelter Broiler is equipped to cope with high production volumes at peak times. This incredible broiler has individual, adjustable gas valves for a high level of control, as well as a continuous pilot for instant ignition. The unit also features a chrome plated, heavy duty rack that loads and unloads easily, and effortlessly lifts out for cleaning. Thanks to the protective screen over the infrared burner for splatter protection, and the stainless steel exterior, the unit can be easily wiped clean.
