Boasting four heavy duty burners and two large nickel-plated fry baskets, the unit offers exceptionally fast frying times, helping you increase your output and improve your overall efficiency. Featuring a double panel door, aluminium side panels, four adjustable legs, large drain port and fine mesh crumb screen. This twin tank version features two totally separate oil tanks to prevent cross-contamination and save energy with independent controls allowing one tank to be used without the other during the quieter periods.
