Made of sturdy cast iron, the no. 8 hand mincer from Kitchencraft is perfect for making your own mince from prime cuts of meat. Easy to use and highly durable, the mincer also uses a screw clamp fittings for a safe, secure hold while in use. Whether you’re making a beautiful bolognese, meatballs, lasagne, beef burgers, sausages or shepherd’s pie, mincing your meat could not be simpler. It is recommended to cut your meat down into manageable chunks and remove any sinew beforehand to ensure best results. The mincer includes three 80mm discs of various sizes to achieve the desired mince thickness, and a sausage making attachment making the mincer highly versatile.
