The cast iron hot plates on top react responsively to changes in temperature, letting you tailor the heat very specifically and quickly to what you require – be it low gentle warming or fierce heating – to ensure each individual item receives the exact heat it needs. Double insulation within the unit also saves you money on reduced running costs with the added benefit of cooking your food faster due to decreased loss of wasted energy.
