Description

Whether you’re sealing food for storage or sous vide cooking, the Sammic SU-606 Freestanding Sensor-Controlled Vacuum Pack Machine brings all the versatility and performance you’d expect from a heavy duty commercial vacuum sealer. Ensuring the very best seal every time thanks to microprocessor control, the machine can quickly remove up to 63m³ of air from the chamber every hour – hugely powerful and fast enough to benefit any large restaurant or central production kitchen. Cordless parallel sealing bars ensure quick transition between each pouch of food, whilst the innovative pump drying program helps to improve the long-term durability of the machine.

Fitted with a 3.9″ LCD colour screen with backlit touch keyboard, sensor control, 25 vacuum programs and cordess double sever sealing bar. Other optional features include inert gas flushing, Bluetooth and printer connectivity and a desktop label printer for HACCP control.
